TERMS & CONDITIONS – a summary for our international students

To ensure a smooth experience at STONEBITE, we have prepared a concise version of our Terms & Conditions in English. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, feel free to reach out to our team. Please note that this is a summarized version. 

STONEBITE GmbH is represented by Julia Sophie Ladner, Karin Paulsburg, Luis Ladner, and Liuiar Ladner. 
 

1. Booking a class for adults 

  • For the best user experience, we recommend using the app available on the app store.  

  • To book a class, visit www.stonebite.de/kursplan and select the class on the appropriate day in the calendar widget. You will be directed to the checkout page with our partner EVERSPORTS. Additionally, you can set your preferred language here. 

  • We offer 2 trial classes (Probestunde) per person for €10 per class.  

  • After the trial classes, you can choose from the following options: 

  • Single credits for a single class 

  • 10 or 20-time block cards (valid for 12 months) 

  • Memberships (subscription) 

  • If you are unable to attend a class, you can cancel through EVERSPORTS up to 24 hours before the scheduled class.  

  • Please note that all credits and memberships are non-transferable and exclusive to the account owner. 
     

2. Memberships for adults 

  • Our memberships have a term of 3 months and automatically renew for another 3 months.  

  • Cancellation must be requested at least 1 month before the end of a 3-month period and can be done through EVERSPORTS.  

  • We offer various membership options with different amounts of credits per week.  

  • Any unused credits will remain in your EVERSPORTS account until cancellation, after which they can no longer be used.  

  • Membership fees are paid monthly, and any failed payments will incur additional banking fees. 

 

3. KIDS & TEENS (in addition to 2.) 

  • Memberships are mandatory for our Kids & Teens classes.  

  • Kids & Teens classes can not be booked through EVERSPORTS.  

  • Trial classes need to be arranged via e-mail. Please send a message to info@stonebite.de including the child’s name, age, preferred discipline and day of the week.  

  • Most Kids & Teens classes have waitlists, and trial classes are offered when spots become available. We do not offer trials if no spots are open.  

  • Kids & Teens classes are not held during Bavaria's public school holidays, and membership prices are adjusted accordingly. 
     

4. Important Conditions for participation in class 

  • You’re training at your own risk.  

  • While precautions are taken to ensure safety, there is always a residual risk due to the nature of certain disciplines.  

  • To maintain a safe training environment, it is essential to follow all instructions provided by the team. 

  • Classes can only be attended with a clear mind and without prior alcohol or drug use.  

  • STONEBITE reserves the right to change the schedule at any time. 

  • No outdoor shoes in the studios.  

  • Photography or videos of the coach, other students, or your practice without approval is prohibited. 

  • We may record brief moments of classes for marketing purposes. By booking a class, you agree to the general data protection regulation (DSGVO) which can be found at https://www.stonebite.de/impressum-dsgvo.
